Robert is a San Francisco-based designer working at the intersection of architecture and technology. With nearly a decade of experience across scales, from university master planning to luxury single-family residences, he brings a builder's precision and eye for detail to everything he makes.
After earning his Master of Architecture, Robert worked across multinational and boutique firms, developing deep expertise in design delivery, coordination, and execution. In 2023, he transitioned into digital product design, applying his architectural training to software built for the design profession.

Both Architecture and Software’s essential function is to solve a need. Robert co-founded Hearth after experiencing first-hand the need for a better method of managing an architectural material library. He employed his deep knowledge of the industry and design acumen to create a tool that helps a growing number of firms find, organize, and specify materials.
Robert’s diverse work span multiple sectors and building typologies. Though each project takes on different forms and styles, Robert’s voice can be perceived in the thoughtful use of natural materials and refined details seen throughout each project.
